Skills, because you can apply skills to get the work done.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working with others get more work done on time (division of labor). It also get the work done properly, since one can easily get mentored, thus avoiding unnecessary mistakes. Working with others help one to learn more skills easily at a shorter duration. It also helps one in social/ organizational behavior, thus increasing ones efficiency.

Working alone afford one the chance of being creative and innovative. It affords one the benefit of getting it done to one's satisfaction. One is more flexible in making decisions.

Having to work with a boss who dislike new ideas

Helping hopeless patients regain hope, and hear them say "THANK YOU DOCTOR"

Working under boss who do not understand the work, yet keep telling you how to do the job, only to blame you for not getting the job done on time.

I am a medical doctor who is married to a medical doctor with a son.My wife has an MPH, and she is currently the PMTCT Coordinator in Lagos University Teaching Hospital(LUTH), Lagos , Nigeria.
