Botswana. i love botswana because of its peace and stability. the people are also nice having been there several times. i also like the good living standards in the country. there is value for money in most items you buy.

Diploma in project management(satra academy in Zimbabwe) certificate in theology( uk) certificate in biblical studies (bible league) 6 O level passess(cambridge)
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
i consider skills as more important because a person with skills has experience of his/her job. when i first worked as a development worker at dialogue Africa international trust i had to learn from the people who had experience of the job even though i was more educated than them. they had been in the field for a long time and i had much to learn from them.
Describe the benefits of working with others
working with others creates mutual relationships and you share ideas. team work is good because you learn from each other and you begin to understand the strenghths and weaknesses of your partners. working with others creates strong synergistic realationships and it releases greater output of the work done.
Describe the benefits of working alone
it gives you a sense of independence and you have enough time to interrogate your efforts. it moves you from dependence to independence. it prepares you to work with a team.
What was your worst working experience?
when i was told to write a funding proposal with the title human rights and democracy in Zimbabwe in 2008. the document leaked and our organization faced difficult times with the government and we were interrogated and threatened with death several times and our offices were closed for two months and our licence was nearly withdrawn.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
I have learnt that courage, persistant and willing to take risks pays.
