What type of job are you looking for?

I would like to work as a Records officer,records manager or Archivist.

What nationality are you?

Motswana

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English Setswana

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Botswana because it is were my family members are located and i would also be in a position to look after my younger siblings.

What field do you currently work in?

currently a graduate and unemployed.

What qualifications do you hold?

Diploma in Archives and records Management

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal education because it builds and fuels the skills that one may already be having.It f skills could be applied.exploits ones skills by offering courses that guide on how certain kinds of skills could be applied.

Describe the benefits of working with others

It builds on the value of team work and it also allows for one to learn other skills from others that could intern benefit the organization.It also shows an important value of democracy as it parts ways that are most convinient to others.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone allows for targets to be met a lot faster as they are lesser distractions or reliability on the next person to complete a required task.

What was your worst working experience?

Groupmates that were not willing to cooperate.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

An education is required in order to improve ones state of bieng.

What unique skills do you have?

Cooperation determination hardworking communication skills teamwork

Archivist/Records Manager
