Both because they are complimentary.Formal education makes skill acquicision a lot easier.

Team work provides opportunity to draw strenght from other people, share knowledge, skills and lern new things. It builds confidence and make jobs easier

Distractions are avoided, full responsibility is taken for assigned tasks, same for rewards.

Losing some patients to avoidable circumstances especially equipments to work with and poverty
