What are the least interesting aspects of your field? As a teacher it pains me so much when i see my ex student roaming the streets(unemployed). As a counsellor i sometimes find myself being traumatised by my client's problem(s) but at the same time finding it difficult to seek counselling. Why would you want to divert from your teaching/counselling career and become HIV AND AIDS Coordinator? I conducted a study(unpublished) on the challenges of HIV and AIDS on adolescents in Botswana and i have since developed a lot of interest in helping not only adolescents but my country mates on issues of HIV and AIDS and i strongly feel that if i get the opportunity/platform to cordinate the HIV/AIDS activities at a much higher level , i would be in a better positon to benefit both the students and the public at large.
