Formal education or skills and why? Both.Nursing is a practical-based skill which require an individual to undergo formal education so that she can correlate theory and practical when practising in the profession. Describe the benefits of working with others When you work together you all bring in your experiences in whatever you are doing. Teambulding is created when you work with others. When you work together whatever task you are doing is done faster than when you work alone. Describe the benefits of working alone You realize your potential when you work alone. You demonstrate your capability of doing things on your own. You can determine your strengths and weaknesses. What was your worst working experience? I was allocated in labour ward whilst i was new in the profession with an inexperienced midwife so we were both new other staff were sick so we had to deliver a baby with impacted shoulders but we managed although it was such a bad experience both mother and baby survived. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that each individual is unique with special needs be they physical,social,psychological and spiritual and they all need "Holistic Approach". What unique skills do you have? I have a very good mutual understanding and interaction with my clients and communicate with them in a special manner as a result they always ask for me to attend to them.I always give them the comfort of knowing that i am always there for them. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job where you can be renumerated according to your experience and qualifications. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The challenges that i face everyday in the course of duty because i come across different kinds of clients with different problems and different people with different behaviours and thoughts because we are a multidisciplinary team and the fact that i learn something new everyday. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When i am providing care to a patient then instead of progressing the condition worsens due to grave illness and then he/she dies.
