Formal education or skills and why? Using my skills is valuable. It keeps my brain active. Describe the benefits of working with others Developement of communication skills and becoming a better team player. Aiming to do better because of competition. Socialisation which is good for general health. Describe the benefits of working alone No need for delegation or following up anybody. You will be TOTALLY responsible for the outcome hence complete effort. Less stress. You dont have to worry about what the next person thinks about you. What was your worst working experience? The current job I have. I am not using most of the skills gained during my training and my nursing experience. I feel like I am stagnant in terms of professional development. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Nobody knows it all despite how senior one is. Learning is a life ongoing process. What unique skills do you have? I have good communication skills,ie I can easily socialise with different people, I am a good team player. I am initiative What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Verbal abuse from distressed patients. Having to put up with the odours from body fluids.
