Formal education because it enable me with knowledge and skills and i will be able to apply the acquired knwoledge and skills to practical situation.

Due to challerge and shortage of nurses you can work alone and get more experience because no time to fritter away.

seen the patient who dying due to neglition from medical personal with no resoan behid.
