Both formal and skills as they are interdependent Describe the benefits of working with others In most and if not all medical setups, people are supposed together thats either in pairs in order that they,re able to share for the betterment of there patient/client Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone may augur well as decisions are easier to make and therefore beneficial especially when something required is urgent.
