Formal education or skills and why? I believe to attain a valuable professional level one needs to acquire both formal education and skills . One is nothing with out the other and vice versa. Describe the benefits of working with others In my opinion , everyone has thier own outlook to a single canon or fact. The way one analyzes the fact and the one the other explains it could be totally different. Through working together, one earns better social skills and ways of understanding peoples point of view. It sort of gives you a panormaic view . Describe the benefits of working alone One can test their own potentials and to what extent one can suceed without the help of others.
