Formal education or skills and why? I consider both more valuable. Formal education makes one understand business environment easily and enhances versatility thus the ability to change according to the changing environment. Skills are also more valuable that you know what to do at the right time without wasting resources. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have got two fields of interest Sales& Marketing and lecturing. For Sales & Marketing the most interesting aspect is:- to win more customers for the company In lecturing is to see students graduating and getting jobs and former students coming back to tell me how I impacted in their lives. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Failure to win a customer and seeing your student failing a course or interview. What makes one a good employee?
