I am a Motswana lady of 27 years and currently working at Sebilo book service as a personal assistant since March 2010. I have also worked several place Sedia hotel as a waiter, Steers Muan as a cashier and progressed to being a supervisor. I have done my catering and cake icing in Zimbabwe and studied Business management at NIIT, which have groomed me in customer service and customer behavior, how to handle them. I have enjoyed this role as it has exposed me to management and Excellent negotiation skills environment and mostly taught me on the fundamental skills of customer service and it has enlighten me on the crucial role that customer service plays in the competitive market. Attached is my CV, copies of my certificates, references and ID for your perusal. I am looking forward working with you, as I am determined carrying any assigned task given.
