What countries have you worked in? I have worked in Botswana for more than six years and I believe to work in other countries won't give me any problem at all. What field do you currently work in? I am working as Administrator offering Secretarial services for Plantec Africa, the company which is doing Town & Regional, Urban Developments and Environmental Research. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked for Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) Botswana as Typist/secretary and also for G4S Botswana as a Site Commander/Administrator and I'm currently working for Plantec Africa. What qualifications do you hold? I have National Certificate in Secretarial Studies (NCSS). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education because it gives someone a good knowledge and skills about the work you are training for. Describe the benefits of working with others It improves team work and as individual you learn a lot from others because of their different professions and by so doing the organization can reach objectives and targets set. Describe the benefits of working alone It gives someone more concentration on what you are doing and a peace of mind because of no disturbance from others. What was your worst working experience? Working for 24hrs and under pressure in order to reach the target. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Loyalty and eager to learn new things have been important to me throughout my career. What unique skills do you have? Administration and Computer skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Administrator/Secretary in a big Organisation. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The ability to work with computer and its accessories.
