I am presently the Personal Assistant to the Executive Director of the Botswana College of Distance and Open Learning.

Secretary of Heads of Divisions at the Non-formal Education Departmetn within the Ministry of Education of Botswana
What qualifications do you hold?
I hold a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Formal Education because as a student you will be exposed to lectures who will always help when need arises.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Team work give back good results. Even if you are trained for a particular job, you cannot work alone, some divisions have to feed you with information which would help one attain the institutions mandate.
Describe the benefits of working alone
I don't think there is a benefit of working alone, unless the meaning is that one sometimes needs to work under serene atmosphere to ensure somethings are solved with no disturbance and urgently.
What was your worst working experience?
During 10 years back whereby I Worked under a supervisor who did not trust that I could handle confidential matters even though he has never had of any leak of information.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Love your work and know that Patience works. If you learn to be patient you are going to work with no hassle, love people even if some criticises you, just take it as challenge that needs you to work on. Correct every mistake that some people show you of you here from rumours.
What unique skills do you have?
Using a computer, If new application come I make trials till I get to know where I am supposed to go. I am a sharp computer learner.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Managing my own company.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
1. Preparing of big time events and handling visitors.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
2. A no busy day that will make me feel I am under utilised.
Why do you want to leave your present job?
I want to change environment, I have been in this organisation for a long time. I want to know what is happenning in the other side of the world. I need to work for this country in different invironments.
