Describe the benefits of working with others
Team work is the best. You share ideas, surf and refine concerpts which you would have thought to be the best, but others can actually enlight you on a concept or point you could have overlooked. It is also good for continuity of jobs since there is no need to say so and so is not around, he/she is the one who was working on that project.
Describe the benefits of working alone
I like the challenge associated with it. You know you have to put your best for there is no someone to refine your ideas. Decissions you make are faster implimanted since you don't have to wait to hear the other person's line of thought hence projects can move at the pace you plan them to go.
