Describe the benefits of working with others

It helps one to understand the needs of fellow employees. Helps me to develop through others' initiatives and experience. It gives me a sense of belonginess and teamwork. it helps me to understand the way individuals behave and to adjust according to their situations and needs. When you're working on a team with others, you can encourage one another. You can develop a bond, cultivate a friendship. You can learn how to depend on each other, learn the art of cooperation. You can, potentially, do less while achieving the same standard of work because the other teammates are there to help contribute to the goal as well, so it's not only you that's working hard for something. Other people also have other ways of doing things, and one can learn from their ways.

Describe the benefits of working alone

It normally reduces conflicts with other negatively oriented workers. working alone gives more autonomy and power to decide. it enables acting according to one's judgment without facing criticism. even while working alone, experts advice and consultations with others can be fruitfully availed but the ulitimate decision will be with one person. working alone is best for those who want no interference with their style and working.

What was your worst working experience?

When most of our drivers went on mini strike which affected our service and had to source some drivers from other depots. Customers complaint when services were not condcted

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

When it comes to career paths,we all have aspirations to climb the corporate ladder and reach heights and visit places we had never dreamed of while we were studying. But making that dream come true can be frustrating, as most of us are unsure how to achieve it. One of the biggest attributes from my career is to respect those you work with no matter their level of work.

The trick is to take the time to learn and grab the opportunities to excel, especially when it is your first job, for this is where most of our foundations and attitudes towards our career will be determined.

In our daily lives,we are often presented with chances and opportunities. While some people may not enjoy results in an instant, taking the first step to building a successful career, even if it is five years down the road, is essential to making your dreams come true. It all starts now.

What unique skills do you have?

i can teach business studies, i can manage people, i have a wide experience in the transport industry. i hold a bus driver's licence, forklift licence, a reach truck licence. I am just an all rounder.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To continue with manmagement career profession and help others along the way.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspects in my field is using management theorists' tools in order to tackle and solveing problems. It is the most secret knowledge i have gained and cannot be achieved just from a general point of view. Each of us can benefit by reserving time every day to simply think and plan—time to formulate ideas, problem solve, prioritize tasks, set goals, and daydream. Try to carry out this exercise at the same time and place each day, and avoid all other interactions during this period. Your most important task is to plan and prioritize what you will do with your day. If you are in a management role, you may actually spend most of your time planning and prioritizing the work of others.

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

There is a tendency in managing people whereby hatred by others can occur because of one's management style. Stress can catch up with an individual or a manager who is not cool calm and collective.

Please replace this with a question of your own

What would be the best way to identify a good candidate best on the questinnaire I have just finished answering?

How can potential employers contact you?
