Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone include: creativity,more competent and Carefulness. What was your worst working experience? The working condition were not good like, there were no working equipment, low salaries, overcrowding of student in one class and lack of security from employer. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Teacher are both borne and made up. Thus to say both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is required to facilitate teaching. What unique skills do you have? Volunteering,doing works with accuracy and excellence and being ready to accept changes from others as well as situation. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I dream to be competent and knowledgeable teacher. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I wish to teach a student and then a student MUST capture what i have taught. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Mostly lack of teaching resources like books and other teaching materials which do affect the learning process.
