I have run several sustainable community development projects, I have also signant experience in disease prevention, HIV/AIDS prevention and mitgation measures and child growth monitoring, and Have over three years teaching experience in Mathematics, Geography and Social and Development Studies
What qualifications do you hold?
I am a holder of BSc in education with a bias in Geography and Mathematics
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I value both education however formal education is quite important as it equip everyone with basic writing and counting skills which are vital in skills education
Describe the benefits of working with others
I believe that mixing or working with others plays a bigger role in one's life as it offers great opportunity in sharing knowledge and experiences. There is a lot informal learning when interacting with a other people.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone makes one focussed and concentrate on one's work. It leads the individual to explore in depth the issues involved in the work as there are diturbances.
What was your worst working experience?
When a classroom block was blown off by wind in the midst of heavy rains

It is good to create opportunities for other to explore, discover and give out their views in their field of interest

I am very good at advocacy, community mobilisation, counselling and teaching

I am dreaming to become an education policy advisor one day

Sitting down with children helping them realise their pontential and dreams.
