Education is valuable because from education you will get skill for doing other things. Describe the benefits of working with others You will gain what their have and they will gain what I have,This is symbiosis relation. Describe the benefits of working alone There is not benefit of working alone,because if you will lose a concept especial in Engineering work ,it will cause a big lose,those why in Engineering there is design by,checked by,and approval by in order other eyes to see what going on. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience when I implemented a water project for Tanzania Revenue Authority in Babati,Manyara.Design Engineer produce design in implementation pipe which specified are of low quality.Always pipe burst.Design Engineer resign work and Director instruct to rectify the work with my on money. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learnt,Engineering especial in water and waste water is a learning process even if you in working place you must learn from others. What unique skills do you have? I have some knowledge of WaterCAD and other Water softwares programes in designing water distribution and pump specification. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I hope you will get more from me and I will work more hardly. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I like design because is engineering aspect than supervision. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I like design because is engineering aspect than supervision. In which aspect we can say work is done?
