Formal education or skills and why? both because one withut the other will make a person incomplete in some ways. Describe the benefits of working with others you get to learn a lot of new things that you would never have thought about individually. Describe the benefits of working alone when you start a project with good ideas, since you alone arethe one with a proper vision, the results will be best. What was your worst working experience? when i just began practicising my career, i pointed out some wrong but it was brushed aside since i was a new employee but later, it gave a major problem making us to shut the plant. not much confidence was put in me and that made me sad. but such is life and i have not let that affect me and i have moved on well. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? analye everystatement from any one and think twice about it because you never know who is telling the truth. What unique skills do you have? i am a hardworking lady who is able to adapt to different working environment and i learn things fastand very much eager to learn new things from anyone willing to teach. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? to run a metallurgical plant as a metallurgical manager. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? the fact that you have to be convesant with what type of copper ore you are dealing with, one has to be able to recognise a foreign type of or once it is in the cuircuit before it disturbs the whole cuircuit and affect the plant set recovery targets. it takes skill and passion for your job o be able to do this and i find it interesting because not every one can do this. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? my line of work is very busy and there is always something new to learn. we get different ore from undergroung everyday and each day brings new challenges in order to achieve best copper recovery. so as at now, i find everyday a different day with different new things to learn.
