t.kWhat type of job are you looking for? any job that envolves,socialisation,it may involve computers and internet because i enjoy working with computers.i like traveling so the may also include traveling,talking to people,advising peolple or just advertising the products of which ever company that i am working for.i would realy like to work where there is a lot of people,i enjoy the company of customers.so a job that envolves much socialisation will do for me. What nationality are you? i am a motswana. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? i am perfect in both Setswana and English. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? i would like to work in any place as long as i am in Botswana because i want to work hard for my country,everything that i earn,i want my country to gain something from it,it may be knowledge or income.i want to see Botswana improving because of me and the company that i am working for.i would to make a difference in this country and be the best employee in my company. What field do you currently work in? i am working in an internet cafe' while waiting to go for further studies on Information Technology. What qualifications do you hold? i am holding a B.G.C.S.E certificate,C in maths,C in biology,B in Geography,B in Physics,D in chemistry and D in enlish.and i am still learning I.T in Limkokwin University. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? both but if i may to choose i would go for Skills because obviously when you got skills,it shows that you have recieved formal education before,to be valuable you have to be good in both theory and techniques/skills.a person may have done formal education but not having the right skills to do the job so,thats why i prefer skills than formal education as more valuable. Describe the benefits of working with others working well with others makes people to want to spend more time with you,it makes customers want to come back again for more.it also exposes me to many people and some may be customers who are very important to businesses because they are also the ones who help to advertise your company as they tell their friends about your products. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone is stress free,you don't get to worry about someone coming late to work or what mood is he/she into today. What was your worst working experience? i never had that problem except for my boss always coming late to work while she is the one holding the keys. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? never do something that upsets your boss,when she/he is mad or angry,you should never talk back.and i have to make sure that i try my best to work hard to impress my boss.lastly i have to work well with my customers treating them with the respect that they need. What unique skills do you have? i am computer literate,i dance(my own unique type of dancing),good communication skills and i am a good hard worker.i always manage to make people to like me,i am a people's person.
