Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Combination of both but hands on experience very important. You can't learn everything from formal education and skills get a lot of tasks done. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others as a team is great to create a good working enviromnet and helps get the job done eficiently. Having a lot of different skills combined into one job works well. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes working alone you do your ultimate best to produce your finest job. Concentration is at it's best as well. What was your worst working experience? Working for a boss that did not care for his team only for his self.
