Spanish, English, Portugues

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Brazil. Hoping to move there because I’ve been there before and love the culture, people and the beaches. I am interested in continue my education as well.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

USA and South America

What field do you currently work in?

Oncology/medsurge

What fields have you worked in before?

Oncology/med-surge

What qualifications do you hold?

IV Therapy, blood transfusion, chemotherapy infusion, assessments, independent.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I believe that both are very important they go hand by hand. I don't think that one can be practiced without the other.

Describe the benefits of working with others

One has the benefit of never being left alone with a situation. Support is provided within the team and better services are given as a result.

Describe the benefits of working alone

One has the benefit of working at his/her own pace and his/her self esteem increases due to the trust of others.

What was your worst working experience?

Facing family members to announce the death of a patient is not an easy task.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The more knowledge one has the most people one can help and the more lives that one can touch.

What unique skills do you have?

Communication skills, IV infusion, chemotherapy infusion, CPR, blood transfusion therapy.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

The one that has a team that get alone, that supports their employee, and provides good benefits to employees and patients/customers .

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Seeing how a person's condition progresses from worst to better, to well. Also, to touch many lives through one, and always being able to do something for someone gives me a good feeling.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Documentation, although it is very important, it is my least favorite.
