Nursing degree Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Experience is the most important followed by a basic education level needed for the position Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is a pre-requisite in all aspects of the work environment. Goals need to be share so team players can all work towards the same thing Describe the benefits of working alone Faster but not always best. Team's input is missing. Team will not always buy in to project when they don't participate. What was your worst working experience? Not being included in projects, poor leadership and management. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Learn the culture and goals of the organization before trying to make changes. What unique skills do you have?
