Formal education or skills and why? I believe both. Skills I think would be a bit more important as I believe in training and learning through life experience. Formal education is also important as it lays down the structure for learning. My school was an international school so I worked with international people and cultures from around the world. Describe the benefits of working with others You develop experience about other cultures and it is better to work as a team to achieve goals. Describe the benefits of working alone If you can work alone you develop self discipline and motivation. You can become more detailed oriented and focused without distraction. What was your worst working experience? I believe it was when I obsessed about doing everyone's job in the hotel business when I should be focusing on my own. I love to help others, but I think at this particular role I was taken advantage of. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To stay focused on the goal and ask for help when needed. Also to take constructive critism. What unique skills do you have?
