Skills are obtained from experience following formal education. Education provides the ability to perform skills competently so both are a necessary requirement. Describe the benefits of working with others Each person is unique in their skill level and competencies so a well balanced team has much to offer. Having a strong organized team is a boost to morale. Describe the benefits of working alone I've seldom been alone in my employment but feel I possess an independent nature and would cope well in either situation. What was your worst working experience? Ha! During college I worked in a cramped room calling people all day to try and collect on their bills.....was not really suited for my kind nature! What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To show respect to everyone on the team for their contribution. What unique skills do you have? Patience, kind heart, years of strong clinical experience in emergency and family practice. I have worked in a large hospital setting as well as a small family practice, so I have a broad set of clinical skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Practicing with a team of professionals in a collaborative effort who allow me to develop a successful practice and respect me as an important member.
