Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

As an educator I am aware that both methodologies have their place in education. For example each child will learn at his or her own pace as well as they will learn using either the Formal or through skills or even ,a mixed methodology this is a proven fact.Thus I cannot say one is move valuable than the other baded on how we leann.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The benefits of working together are numerous.Firstly it promotes unity and a sense of belonging thus motivating coorporation. Secondly the weak persons in the group are helped by the stronger team-members and learning is facilitated. Thirdly it is noted that with team effort much more can be accomplished.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone one can go in into self drive recognising that the goal must be met and at the end of it one gets a reward and self confidence is boosted.There will be much self discovery in that one has to put in much work and research alone.

What was your worst working experience?

Perhaps wanting to do more but due to contraints in the classroom I can't do what I desire.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

No one is too young or old to grasp concepts thus the learning cycle never stops.

What unique skills do you have?

That would definitely be my Youth Leadership skills. I am into young people and meeting them on their level.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Teaching and getting a chance to mentor at the same time.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Having my wonderful daughters.

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

That would be the non support of some parents.
