Formal education or skills and why? My master and also knowledge in financial planning. It helps me to be as a more wiser person in completing my tasks at work. Describe the benefits of working with others Gain knowledge / info and also exchange ideas with them. We can delegate tasks to suit others' expertise and interest and therefore we can have a better result. Describe the benefits of working alone We can concentrate and focus on the job assigned to us. Apart from that, we can try our level best to complete the task though being a lone ranger and deliver the task successfully!. What was your worst working experience? My boss ignored my recommendations. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? There are only 3 things i.e. ASK (Attitude, Skills and Knowledge). As for me attitude is the most important, by having the right attitude you will be in the correct path. Both skill and knowledge are also important but these can be learned over time (it is matter of time and whether you can improve your skills and knowledge its again depends on your attitude).
