General Dentistry,such as,restorations,endondontics for adult and chilren,tooth extractions including simple impaction,all prosthodontics including cosmetic dentistry. What fields have you worked in before? General Dentistry. What qualifications do you hold? I am a holder of a Degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine.Passed the Philippine Dentist Licensure Examinations.Practicing General Dentistry since September 2002 to the present time. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Actually both,the country can not be productive with out the contribution of any of these two fields.It would be perfect,if you possess both, its a wisdom if you have the skills and more knowledge is learned if you go for formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others Time management is very important.If there 's a good working relationship with every one in the area,nothing is wasted.Helping each other and having a peaceful working environment are factors considered in order to have a productive and successful services rendered.By working together,we are of the same mission,vision and values of the company and the clients or patients that we work for. Describe the benefits of working alone It's a kind of selfishness.There's no benefit out of it.Best services rederred for the welfare of the patients is,working together as a team. What was your worst working experience? Working alone for only 20 minutes alloted time for every patient.My assitant went on one day leave for an important purpose. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Everyday encounter is challenging and a learning process. What unique skills do you have? as you work every day, you can plan and do something for the satisfaction of the patients. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To do the best of my knowledge and refer patients whose cases that are beyond my capability to diagnose and treat.Refer patients to some one who is more knowledgeable, than I am,to the ones who went through specializations. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Extractions,composite restorations and ceramic onlays and inlays.I also am interested in RCT., but for the difficult situations like upper Molars,I don't put the patients tooth at stake,I refer them to Endodontist. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Fixed Bridge.I only do Fixed bridge that is really ideal.
