I dont have any visa to work since I am still working in my own country What field do you currently work in? I am currently work in the hotel industry What fields have you worked in before? From the time that I finished my college, I always working in the hotel industry What qualifications do you hold? These are my qualifications: 3 years diploma in Hospitality Management and Restaurant, Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet/E-mail), Extensive experience in Food and Beverage Department (Cafe shop and lounge) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both of them is important, formal education and skills are completing each other. Formal education helps us to understand our job, while skills is our tools to do our job. I think both of them can not be seperated. Describe the benefits of working with others If we are working with others we can minimize the mistakes because we can check the job together, we also can share the obstacles that we have when we're doing the job. And finally it will save our time, meaning it will create more efficiency. Describe the benefits of working alone When we are working alone, we don't have to justified ourself with others. We can do it by our own way. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when i put the wrong menu list for the guest who will have set menu for dinner. The guest was furious because the food and the menu were not match What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i have is communication can solve any kind of problems. What unique skills do you have? I am very sorry but i don't have unique skills What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Dream job for me is good working environment with team work and responsible leadership. Where punishment and rewards are equal. Off course when we talk about "dream job" we think about earning a living. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects of my field are: 1. Meeting with new person almost everyday. 2. Flexibility of working 3. Creating memorable moments for our guest What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspects for me is dealing with the coleague who can not cooperate. Why I should be a potential candidate? Because I have strong motivation, ambitious, honest and I am reliable person who are willing to learn and work hard.
