Both are at a great consideration, and It is better if they come together, and each of them support the other. I guess no bad experience , and if I faced some problems or some days I was worries about it , the way how can i evaluate the matters and make my self strong and aware to avoid it in the coming days and in my future work... so at this time I can easily say it is a good experience.
