Diploma 3 Hotel Management. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? For me is both. Because without any education we can't show our skill. And skill is come from education or other words skill come from the things that we learn. When the guest was really angry because unsatisfied with the room size which is too tiny for him. He can't accept it and wanted his money back and move to the other hotel. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? As a front liner we must always calm and smile from the heart in any situation. What unique skills do you have? From what they told me and my experience, i can handle kids. I was supervise hotel guest kids after my shift when their parents going out for dinner. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
