i prefer Skills then Education although both are forms of knowledge. nowadays education is top priority but education teaches us only the basics of what to come and expect in the working environment. however, my answer would still be towards a skillful worker because skills require professionalism and duration. without skills, knowledge are just theories and imaginations that are read through books.

Describe the benefits of working with others

When working with others, it is safe to say that it is easier and faster to achieve goals (short or long term). creativity that flows from one person to another can be stacked and produce as an efficient and effective idea and support can be easily given or received. in addition to working in groups or teams, one can learn to be a leader by voicing out opinions or giving solutions to underlying problems.

Describe the benefits of working alone

the benefits of working alone are, first, decisions can be made alone and without delay. this is good when the job requires a short time period which is easier to get the job done and in time.

Leadership can only be made by self motivated people.
