Social work,teaching and elecrtical maintenance jobs What qualifications do you hold? Diploma In Social Work Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think both are very important. First you need education to be considered in the society. After you acquire the relevant education,then skills development should be obtained. A skills plays also a very cardinal role in the society,you may have good qualification but without a skill your formal education becomes valueless. Describe the benefits of working with others That is when you learn a lot of things and that is when you get the experience when you work with people with experience. Describe the benefits of working alone There is no benefit because if you are alone it is impossible to know what other people have already known What was your worst working experience? To have compassion to the people because ssocial work is the profession which is engaged in the provision welfare services to the people either able bodied or disabled.
