As a staff nurse in heamodialysis unit in king Fahd Cetral hospital, Gizan, K S A.It is a 700 bedded hospital,heamodialysis unit with 75 bed, taking three shift patient.Prforming more than TWO HUNDRED dialysis per day.Iam working here since 1998 march What fields have you worked in before? nursing feild.In medical and neuro What qualifications do you hold? DIploma in nursing and diploma in midwifery Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? In my oppenian this both are complimentry.formal education enhances the skills.After that person can devoloped their skills by experiance.it says experiance make a man perfect. Describe the benefits of working with others working is a continious process.Each persn is complimentry.Ideas will devolpe when people are working together.Everybody can learn from other. Describe the benefits of working alone people can work as they want.The effect is good or bad that single person only resposible for that. What was your worst working experience? My friend misunderstand me.One patient's watcher complaine. to nursing director,regarding her behavior.But she thought I am the one compalained.Then she shouted to me.she was my best friend. I have agood level of emotional intelligence to get along with different type of patient and colleagues and I can keep my self cool in hard times. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream Job is nursing which I am doing now. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? As I am staff nurse in hemodialysis unit my most inersting aspect is my patient.Some time patients are coming to me almost to die.But after 3-4 hour dialysis they are eating,talking,laughing and go back to home on foot.That is the most interesting aspect. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? After long year of dialysis patients are suffering from bone pain ,deformities,and other associated problems.
