I would like to work in Brunei because i heard that this country compensates their employees very well and aside from that its culture is interesting and its an open country. In the field of Education What fields have you worked in before? Aside from being a teacher i have experienced working as a costumer service specialist What qualifications do you hold? I'm a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education and I'm currently taking up my graduate degree in Masters of Arts in science Education. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? As for me i value skills more than formal education because in this world if you have the proper skills you can be successful in anything that you do even without formal education, although having a formal education will give you an edge in applying for a job it would still be the skills of the person that will determine whether he/she will last long in any undertakings that will be thrown in his/her way. Describe the benefits of working with others When you're working on a team with others, you can encourage one another. You can develop a bond, cultivate a friendship. You can learn how to depend on each other, learn the art of cooperation. You can, potentially, do less while achieving the same standard of work because the other teammates are there to help contribute to the goal as well, so it's not only you that's working hard for something. Other people also have other ways of doing things, and you can learn from their ways. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone gives you more autonomy and power to decide. it enables acting according to one's judgment without facing criticism.It helps you connect with yourself and assemble thoughts and ideas in a way that's unique to you. It does raise intuition and cuts out human noise. What was your worst working experience? having to put up with disrespectful kids. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? In my career i have learned that i can make a difference in each and everyone of my students. That i could either make them or break them, my role as a teacher can make an impact in the lives of the students. What unique skills do you have? I do not have any unique skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I want a job that will enable me to smile at the end of a day's work even though you are faced with many challenges. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The way you are able to interact with different kids each year. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
