What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as a lecturer in English in India. What qualifications do you hold? I have a 1st class M.A. in English. I have also qualified National Education Test in India. I'm interested in doing Ph.D. in Brunei. I have been a university rank holder, stood 1st in B.A.(Hons) in English. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think that a basic formal education is mandatory for all. However, higher education depends on individual aptitude. Skill improves the theoretical perception and gives us more insight into the relevant field of interest. Describe the benefits of working with others When we work with others we can broaden our horizon, get rid of our mistakes, share our knowledge and be useful to the society. Moreover we can enjoy the benifits of group discussin, have new friends and enjoy life meaningfully. Describe the benefits of working alone When we work alone we can concentrate on the work without distractions. The responsibility is more and so the attention and involvment becomes more. What was your worst working experience? Still now my working experience is very good. I have enjoyed the co-operation of my colleagues. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson that I've learned is that one should not loose his/her temper and have patience even in worse situations. What unique skills do you have? I can make my students enjoy learning. Teaching is enjoyable when the students participate spontaneously in my class. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is that of a Professor. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect is to present academic things in an enjoyable way. You have to be a good performer in order to be a good teacher.
