Brunei, as we heared lot about the country thru my sister who visited and our relatives who are bruneians..liked the green environment like western countries and culture like asians.. What countries have you worked in? I did not work out of India..my husband worked in Dubai for two years.. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I do not have any other country visas as i have not visited any other country.. What field do you currently work in? Lecturer in degree college and spoken english institute What qualifications do you hold? Bsc.,M.A.,MPhil from CEIFL,Hyderabad and MPhil from University of Madras.. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Foundation for a career is formal education but a person willgo depressed if not trained in skills.He or She needs something called extra curriculum..It makes develop ones thinking ability..gains wide knowledge and trains in application of what has been learnt.. Describe the benefits of working with others Hours of time spent in work spots.,certainly need something to share..gain additional knowledge..learn different culture...thoughts and talents of various brains knit together to bring out common goal...two is always better than one..Example.. a hospital consists of all specialist under one roof.. Describe the benefits of working alone have lot of time to concentrate on the given goal...one can master and can come out with new ideas...example space research specialist,phylosphers and doctorates... What was your worst working experience? politics and ego clashes among team mates is the worst experiences and groupisms which i hate.. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? -The more i teach the more i gain knowledge like streams flowing.. -New thoughts and ideas develop while utilising the existing and available resources.. -Rejoicing when the fruits appear for all the labour.. Heading a college and leaving a legacy in the place I work... What are the most interesting aspects of your field? When passed out students perform in their career and call back to give thanks for what they have received from me by way of couselling and subject .. makes me feel good.. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Never remember the ones who have passed out already...
