Foundation for a career is formal education but a person willgo depressed if not trained in skills.He or She needs something called extra curriculum..It makes develop ones thinking ability..gains wide knowledge and trains in application of what has been learnt..

Hours of time spent in work spots.,certainly need something to share..gain additional knowledge..learn different culture...thoughts and talents of various brains knit together to bring out common goal...two is always better than one..Example.. a hospital consists of all specialist under one roof..

have lot of time to concentrate on the given goal...one can master and can come out with new ideas...example space research specialist,phylosphers and doctorates...

politics and ego clashes among team mates is the worst experiences and groupisms which i hate..

-The more i teach the more i gain knowledge like streams flowing.. -New thoughts and ideas develop while utilising the existing and available resources..
-Rejoicing when the fruits appear for all the labour..

Heading a college and leaving a legacy in the place I work...

When passed out students perform in their career and call back to give thanks for what they have received from me by way of couselling and subject .. makes me feel good..
