Chemistry, Environmental Science, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Economics. What qualifications do you hold? PhD Chemistry (Indian Institute of Technology IIT) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education with good hand in practical application on the techniques which we study theoretically. I consider Formal Education necessday for everyone in any field -because we cant prove our knowledge to the society without proper recognized degree from a reputed institute. Describe the benefits of working with others First benefit, is gaining knowledge from their experience. A team work would progress rapid when compared to a single person labour. Even a lab-scale level experiment carried out by one single individual, when needs to be multiplied into a pilot plant level study - it needs much more experienced knowledgeable people than one person who found out the formula. Describe the benefits of working alone U wont be dependent on the work speed of others. If one person works slow in a team -it affects the progress of the entire project. So using ones own knowledge in inbuilding your creativity will benefit to avoid sharing your credit by others. What was your worst working experience? A delayed work of one team member - resulted in the progress of my entire team. Decided to choose team members (atleast below my level) depending on their commitment towards work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To gain both theoretical and experimental knowledge in my subject to be a master in the field of my interest - plus to explore the emerging literature of new researchers - so that i could come out with new innovative idea. What unique skills do you have? Innovative idea - always ready to explore new experiment - never to give up. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? As a research head in a leading institute. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? satisfaction of it getting patented and being applied in real life by all scale people. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
