I work as a manager of a chain of shops at the momentq but here it is no more a prestigious thing to be a Leader and a manager with not enough money. Right? What nationality are you? English (written and oral) - very, very high level Russian - high level French - low level And some little knowledge in Roman group languages What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I would like to work at Benidorm, Spain because of the English being required. And my English is good. But I would work anywhere if it's worth. What countries have you worked in? Only in my home country - Bulgaria What countries do you have a visa to work in? Everywhere where a European citizen could visit What field do you currently work in? I am a manager of three shops. Franchise in the mobile communications field. And also I manage another store for bedroom furniture. What fields have you worked in before? Mobile communications. What qualifications do you hold? I have perticipated in several debate forums and have a few certificates for those. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Generally both are important. Of course if you are born with a string of skills it's always a benefit. Being able to carry out a benefit of your skills is the most important. You have to chase your luck! Describe the benefits of working with others Interactive communication is what makes life interesting. We cannot escape from being one of all. Teamwork is good, when everybody is with positive mind. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes you can benefit from working alone, but a man should not strive for that.... What was your worst working experience? My worst experience? Probably now... When because of the crisis everything goes wrong and you see you can do nothing to stop it from falling. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That it is very important to earn your employer's trust... It feels really good when you see they trust you so much! What unique skills do you have? I think that my natural intelligence and rapid mind are those skills. They are not unique after all, but very often I see that I take decisions quicker than most of the people. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job??? Years ago I dreamed of being a major football journalist. I love sports and tourism. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? If the question regards my present job, then the most interesting aspect is being able to get in touch with thw clients' mentalities and bizzare behaviours. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? All the bookkeeping.... Sometimes very annoying! Why do you want to work in Spain?
