Both are equally important. The former is a must, pre-required and the major premise for the latter, and the good practical clinical skills imply solid background.

What was your worst working experience?

Working with selfish, egocentric, with lesser degree of competence at the same tine. Non-dialogic persons and equipes.

Medicine is a team profession. Many medical conditions are interdisciplinary, hence the close collaboration between colleagues is vital for the proper functioning of the hospital/ward/clinic

General non invasive pulmonology-not interventional. I don't practice /no certificate/ bronchoscopy untill now, which is on top of my qualification agenda to be corrected soon, even abroad, not here in Bulgaria because of lack of tradition and low and old quality of teaching for that kind of sophisticated techniques.
