Utilities. Teacher of Enlgish - private lessons to all ages. What qualifications do you hold? Master's degree in economics and English philology. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Education give us degrees. Skills are what we have and if we master them, we would do what we really can, and that is the best way to earn one's living and share your knowledge with the young and give them skills for their future life. Children are the future and I have always dreamt of making my contibution to the future of our world. Describe the benefits of working with others People share knowledge and thoughts and feelings. As we are all so different, communication and working together make sense. Sense is what one should be after. Teaching gives sense to my life, but earning money in my country kept me away form the job (I compensated by giving lessons). As people are the best I have ever found on Earth, I like working with others. Describe the benefits of working alone Translations are my only experience in working alone. When you have to do somthing alone, you'd better work in privacy. I don't like the idea of isolation. Surrounded by kids and young people, I am highly motivated to work. What was your worst working experience? The only time I quit my job and remained unemployed in my whole career was when I realised that almost nobody cared. I hate the idea to go to work and just spend the time there. When you do a job. do it at your best - this is my philosophy. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? No matter how excellent we can be in our jobs, we should realise that the more the skilled experts work in team, the better the results. Common goal needs common efforts. Everybody can make a mistake (that is simply human). What is important is to admit that you have made it and give the best try to compensate for that. What unique skills do you have? My experience have thought me to easily switch from one language to another. I have a strong sense of humour that has always been very helpful in teaching. I never lie - throughout the time that has alos proved unique (believe it or not). Straighforwardness saves time and avoids misunderstanding. I love singing and dancing and am honestly interested in each and avery human creature in the world. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Teaching children or young people and watch their smiles and success. Giving them skills for their future life. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Living among young people keeps my soul young forever and gives me energy to go on. "My field" I understand like "teaching" - what I am applying for. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Cannot find anything NOT interesting in teaching. Why do you want to work in Africa? Africa made me what I am. I have lived there for 3 years and stared my education as a kid. I believe that continent has what I miss - natural behaviour and natural life.
