Network Administrator Describe the benefits of working with others When I attended in ICTTI,I was a Leader in group.I solved lots of social problem because I'd 12 members in group,many kind of character.But it can improve my management and problem solving qualities.Luckily,I won second prize as leader and I'm so please that I did it best.This is the benefits of working with others, can improve and solve various of problems. Describe the benefits of working alone As a leader,almost 70% of project was made by myself.That's why,I made it independently with wonderful creations. What was your worst working experience? Especially in my group,some members were not united and they let me do all of their assignments.I told them but they didn't.So,I's really upset it.Likely, making hundred works with one hand.
