Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are just as valuable and given the needs of the community/society - be it rural or urban - each has their place. Basic formal education is of utter importance for a person to be able to comprehend workings of any given trade in the rural areas. Example: A farmer may know how to turn on a water pump but with some basic formal education will be able to repair the pump when it breaks down if he is able to comprehend the 'Do It Yourself Repairs Kit'. Describe the benefits of working with others Good relationships develop, ideas and knowledge in the working areas expand, intra personal skills are sharpened, there is comradere in the work place and the shere pleasure of being in the team is so satisfying. Describe the benefits of working alone More work is done probably, better research is possible, no personality clashes in the work place. What was your worst working experience? Cannot recall any. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be genuine, fair and transparent in all dealings. What unique skills do you have? Excellent teacher. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To establish a school in a remote area where people are simple and eager to learn. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Not just teaching children in the classroom but also being with them in the games field and all adventure programmes of a school. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
