Skill because its the skill that enables one deliver at work place. However formal education also enables one to attain analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. I have learnt that being Ethical at work place and meeting deadlines puts you right with your organisation and your bosses,where you will ever find work ejoyable not a curse. Proper books of accounts gives you as an accontant prestigue in the community you live in hence increases your motivatin and skills.
