Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I prefer Skills. This because at the end of the day, i believe what matters is how well you can do something and not how much you know how to do something. Skills are characteristic of the element of practicability and as such most preferred to the theoretical element that is very much emphasized by formal education.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Team work breeds a clear understanding of various working concepts, it keeps everyone on point and focused on a common goal, it promotes employer-employee relationships and also emphasizes the unique participation of every individual in the realization of the overall goals and objectives.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Personal assessment of one's performance, provides impetus for an individual to work hard so as to achieve individual recognition for a successful task, Reduces the risk of conflicts that could accrue from lack of a common point of view.

What was your worst working experience?

Not being allowed to impart my creative and innovative nature in the execution of some of my tasks.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I really haven't a career at the time but i have a work ethic that my father instilled in me at an early age. "Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar". You only reap what you sow and i have carefully built my life around those values and i intend to craft my career by the same principles.

What unique skills do you have?

I have good oratory, persuasive and negotiation skills. Good at conflict resolution and i always tend to solve a business or life problem by employing a solution crafted from a practical life situation e.g if the business problem was customer attraction and retention,i would craft a solution from say a child that is easily attracted ny candy but after he is done eating, he runs away! The solution would be the creation of a continuous eager want within that customer so that they keep coming back for the same service!

Dealing with different personalities and getting to understand the beauty that accrues from the differences that make us the people that we are and seeing to it that all these different people with their different expectations finding the satisfaction they want out of the business organisation.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The violent and conflict oriented clientelle. Dealing with such a breed is challenging but nevertheless, a rewarding experience in the long run especially if they are satisfied.

Why should any Organisation Hire me?

My career objective is to stamp my creative impression on everything that i do and participate in the growth of an organization that provides challenge, encourages advancement and rewards achievement. I intend to give my best to the growth of the organisation.
