Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skilles. This leads the candidate to self employment while formal education takes a person to be government employment dependent.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The benefits of working with others are: 1. Sharing experiences, 2. Socialisation you learn to cope with differences and to benefit from them 3. communication :sharing information and human values like tolerence, humility,altruism,honesty...

Describe the benefits of working alone

Depends on the kind of work. Unless it is a piece of work that requires a person to work alone, there is no benefit. In cas of awork one does alone, the benefit is that of being concentrated and calm.

What was your worst working experience?

unjustice, Segragation and exclusion+Unplanned activities.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important experience I learnt was that, there is good in any human being regardless of region, colour or belief.That there is enough wealth to make everyone happy and that the only problem is to have the opportunity to work and than to be willing to share.

What unique skills do you have?

I can't say that I have any unique skill.I believe this would be known by those who know me.I am not a boastful person.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

A job that would help me live well (good salary)and honestly

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspects of my field are: Sharing experience with my fellow rural people Having to deal wit the poverty problems from the grassroots Pleasure of seeing poor people lifted from their misery just one step ahead. Participation of the community in their own development

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Failure of the population to manage their associations through ignorance, corruption and "detournement"
