What fields have you worked in before? i worked in agri company..Auriga group of companies(a generic company in agri sector) What qualifications do you hold? i have done BSc hons agriculture in major subject of marketing and agribusiness.i have also done MBA in marketing. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? formal education is as much importatnt as skills,because formal education certifies you to be an educated person legally,and after that skills are aslo developed by seeking formal education.these both are of equal importance.
