It's very challenging . Challenging - As convincing people to invest money with your organization is one of the challenging and interesting task when you have lots of options and organizations available in the market. It helps in developing skills of winning trust of people and banking is game of trust and faith. - To guide people where and how to invest wealth to earn wealth is another big challenge as you have to make sure that it should not break the trust and faith of investors who have approached you .
