multilangual, experience spending time in usa (lived in ny before), spend many vacations in california, flexible, physically fit, good with people, service orientated, organized, good with co workers but also working alone/by myself is no problem
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
both, what you learn in school you sometimes can use in life. And skills you get by doing and trying things, always a good way to learn

when working in a team you can always get advice or help from someone, work can be more organized and faster

working alone is can be good if its a small job and sometimes working alone foes faster then with a lot of people, shows you can work as an independent person
What was your worst working experience?
the worst must have been a company that went bankrupt, not because of the work but because of the fact i had a contract that wasnt worth anything anymore
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
work together, listen to others, stay open for suggestions and be able to give your own opinion
What unique skills do you have?
I can have very good conversations with people, i am open for other cultures and i speak different languages. i am hard working and dont walk away from more difficult jobs. Whatever i dont know or have never done, i can learn
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
a dreamjob to me is the job where i am constantly busy, not sitting on a chair all day long, a job where i can service people or have conversations with, a job as a hostess or as maintenance in hotel etc
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
contact with people, seeing result of my work
why do you want to work in usa?
I can not find my peace here after all tries. My experience in usa was so satisfying, so different and so much more of where i love to be. The enviroment in california and the people, the atmosphere, its just all feels better then the rush and unfriendlyness i know here. Its also a good thing usa keeps you motivated to work!
